I was recently introduced to Alison Russell, an incredibly talented silhouette artist based in London who works her magic at wedding receptions and other social events. Silhouette cutting was a popular tradition during Victorian times, so I love the idea of incorporating Alison’s services into a vintage-themed celebration.
